INrecruitment are recruiting an Audit and Accounts Senior Manager/Associate Partner for our client, who have over 50 offices across the UK.
This role will be based at their London office, is split 70/30 in favour of Audit, and will have an emphasis on business development and networking.
This high profile role is an advisory client facing position, and the successful candidate will manage a number of large and diverse client portfolios of predominantly owner managed businesses.
As the Audit and Accounts Senior Manager/Associate Partner you will be managing and overseeing the delivery of statutory audit and accounts preparation services, take the lead some of the most complex client assignments, and review completed audit files.
You will also support Partners on a range of complex assignments, manage stakeholder relationships across your portfolio and identify and develop new business opportunities.
To secure this Audit and Accounts Senior Manager/Associate Partner role you must be ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified, with at least 6 years post qualified experience, and with demonstrable experience of portfolio management, business development and stakeholder management.
You must be able to evidence your management experience in a number of areas, such as the resolution of complex client issues, budget preparation and monitoring, and your ability to develop, manage, and lead a team.
This is a critical appointment for our client, the successful candidate being enrolled on their Leadership Development Program which supports Senior Managers/Associate Partners to progress to Partner level.
