INrecruitment are working on behalf a leading business advisory firm, based in the North East, to recruit an Audit Manager.
It is anticipated that all audit assignments will be conducted in the North East.

As an Audit Manager you will play a critically-important role in the audit and assurance team.
The Role
As an Audit Manager you will engage with a broad portfolio of clients to deliver high-quality audits. Your well-developed management skills will be utilised to plan audit assignments and to ensure that audits are conducted within budget and in a timely fashion.
You will be expected to not only manage client engagements but also the audit process and audit staff, who you will also be expected to coach and develop.
The Person
As a successful Audit Manager you will be ACA or ACCA (or equivalent), fully qualified and with practice experience.
You will have highly-developed audit-management skills across the whole audit process, together with excellent communication and people skills.
The successful Audit Manager will also be technically strong, and conversant with current technical knowledge, particularly FRS 102.
