INrecruitment are recruiting an experienced Audit Manager, for our client – one of the largest and well-established business advisory and accountancy firms in the South East. The successful candidate will join a progressive and expanding audit and assurance team.
Our client offers the full range of accountancy services to a wide range of clients and believe in maximising the potential of clients and staff alike. The successful Audit Manager will be expected to deliver excellent client service and manage a substantial portfolio of clients.
Whilst managing your own diverse client portfolio you will also be expected to manage the audit and assurance process lifecycle. You will also be expected to make a significant contribution towards the success of the firm by identifying new business opportunities and developing sustainable client relationships.
The successful Audit Manager will manage all aspects of audit assignments, assure audit quality, and ensure that budgetary requirements are achieved. Staff briefing, supervision and an ability to develop junior colleagues is also integral to the role.
You should be ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent) qualified, with good knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and Auditing Standards, and have experience at Manager level in a similar role.
You must be able to evidence your assurance experience and the production of high quality audits, across a portfolio of SME clients, individuals, and businesses, together with your ability to work against tight deadlines.
The successful Audit Manager must also be able to evidence their proven experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, developing strong client relationships, and an aptitude for business development.
