INrecruitment are recruiting an Audit Senior to join our clients audit team. Our client is one of the largest and well-established accountancy practices in Oxfordshire, delivering the full range of accountancy and business services across a diverse portfolio of clients.
The role
Reporting the Audit Manager, the successful candidate will conduct client-based audit and assurance assignments across a broad portfolio of clients.
The successful candidate will also contribute to the overall success of the audit team by developing and maintaining deep client relationships and achieving budgetary and financial targets.
The person
For this Audit Senior role you must be ACCA, ACA (or equivalent) or CIPFA, or qualified by experience, with experience of completing audit assignments.
You should have an insightful approach to audits and clients alike and possess good interpersonal skills, to build and maintain working relationships with both clients and other team members.
You will be an energetic team player, with an excellent knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and Auditing Standards.
Continuing Professional Development, training in soft skills, and personal development through direct interaction with Managers, Partners and other teams is offered with this role, and for the right person, career progression with the audit team and the wider firm is available.
