INrecruitment are seeking a M&A Corporate Finance Assistant Manager for our client, one of the leading firms in the South East who have an international reach. Based in London, the successful M&A Corporate Finance Assistant Manager will join our clients’ successful and expanding Corporate Finance team.
The role
Analysis of deal documentation, the preparation of key client deliverables such as Information Memorandum, valuation reports and financial models are an important element of the role.
This is a client-facing role and the Corporate Finance Assistant Manager will provide client support and build close relationships with a variety of clients, and support both colleagues and clients throughout the deal process.
The person
The successful candidate must ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, qualified and with at least two years’ experience in the corporate finance arena, and relevant experience of working on due diligence assignments.
The ability to communicate with all stakeholders, together with astute commercial awareness and the ability to meet strict deadlines, will make you a strong contender for this Corporate Finance Assistant Manager role.
