INrecruitment are seeking a M&A Corporate Finance Assistant Manager for our client, one of the UK’s leading firms, with a national and international reach.
Based in London, the successful M&A Corporate Finance Assistant Manager will join our clients’ successful and expanding Corporate Finance department.
Our client has been involved in many notable deals in the mid-markets, delivering value for
their clients through a ‘whole team’ approach to advice across a broad portfolio of deals.
The role
In this lead advisory M&A role you will be responsible for supporting senior colleagues in managing a range of client engagements, in a role which involves extensive client contact and liaising with third parties. You will also take part in business development opportunities and deal origination.
You will have direct exposure to senior management, across the whole deal lifecycle, through effective management of transactions, and the delivery of disposals and acquisitions. You will also support the delivery of strategic and commercial advice on issues relevant to a client’s
business or transactions.
The person
The successful M&A Corporate Finance Assistant Manager must have a track record of success in the corporate finance arena in either a boutique or a professional practice environment, with mid-market M&A experience, and a strong work ethic. You should be commercially astute and have the ability to develop a network and recognise business development opportunities.
