INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Assistant Manager role for an advisory firm in London.
Working across the mid-markets, the successful candidate will be joining a growing Corporate Finance team and contributing to growth by producing key deliverables across the transaction process.
In this Corporate Finance Assistant Manager role you must be either ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified, with at least 12 months experience of advisory across the sell-side transaction process in an advisory firm, private equity team, or a corporate finance boutique.
The successful Corporate Finance Assistant Manager will be commercially astute, with strong IT and analytical skills, and an understand of systems supporting the transaction process. You will also have excellent stakeholder relations and communication skills, and experience of supporting lead advisers on M&A transactions.
In this Corporate Finance Assistant Manager role you will play a role in executing cross-border sell side mandates and engagements across all phases of the transaction lifecycle.
You will manage transactional work across the Corporate Finance function and support senior team members on complex transactions in the mid-markets.
The successful Corporate Finance Assistant Manager will have direct exposure to senior management by supporting the effective management of transactions, the delivery of strategic and commercial advice on issues relevant to client transactions, in a role which involves extensive client contact and taking part in business development activities.
