Our client is a successful business advisory firm and INrecruitment are now recruiting an exceptional Corporate Finance Associate Director to be a senior member of our clients award-winning corporate finance team.
The role
The successful Corporate Finance Associate Director will be responsible for advising SMEs on a range of transactions across the mid-markets, as well as being the focus for all parties involved in transactions.
This is a role for an experienced corporate finance professional, as you will take responsibility for the full range of activities leading to the successful completion of the transactions. As a senior team member you will also work closely with a Director and Partner to support them both in lead generation and deal execution.
This role attracts a lucrative bonus.
The person
As a Corporate Finance Associate Director you must have a strong background in corporate finance with more than four years corporate finance experience within a major accountancy practice, corporate finance boutique, or investment bank.
A strong work ethic, and the appetite to learn and develop, are requirements for the successful candidate.
Chartered accountant qualifications are not as important as your relevant experience and personal qualities. You must have excellent communication and influencing skills, an ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues alike, together with highly- developed technical skills and commercial awareness.
