London – Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 + generous bonus
INrecruitment are working with a well-established and expanding corporate finance
boutique currently experiencing a period of significant growth who are now seeking an
ambitious Corporate Finance Associate Director.
The Role
This is a role for an experienced corporate finance professional, as you will take
responsibility for the full range of activities leading to the successful completion of the
transactions. As a senior team member you will also work closely with a Director and
Partner to support them both in lead generation and deal execution.
The successful candidate will work closely within a collaborative corporate finance team and
be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple transactions and play a leading role in
the production of key deal documentation.
The Person
As a Corporate Finance Associate Director you must have a strong background in corporate
finance with more than four years corporate finance experience within a major accountancy
practice, corporate finance boutique, or investment bank.
A strong work ethic, and the appetite to learn and develop, are requirements for the
successful candidate.
You must have excellent communication and influencing skills, an ability to build sustainable
stakeholder relationships with clients and colleagues alike, together with highly-developed
technical skills and commercial awareness.
