INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Associate Director for our client, a successful and progressive mid-tier firm of chartered accountants with a National network of offices.
To support their Corporate Finance strategic growth agenda they are now seeking a Corporate Finance Associate Director to join their office in the West Midlands.
The role
In this Lead Advisory role the successful Corporate Finance Associate Director will support the team by leading on the execution of transactions, leading business development activities and deal origination, and the preparation of key documents for acquisitions and fund raising.
This is a client-facing role, and the successful Corporate Finance Associate Director will be the focus for all parties involved in transactions and, as a senior team member, you will also work closely with a Director and Partner to support them in both lead generation and deal execution.
The person
You should be ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, qualified, and with at least three years’ experience in a corporate finance environment, and able to evidence Lead Advisory and fund-raising experience.
The successful Corporate Finance Associate Director will have excellent communication and influencing skills, the ability to build sustainable relationships with clients and colleagues alike and have highly-developed technical skills and commercial awareness.
