Due to our clients fast-paced and consistent deal flow, INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Associate for our client, a market-leading entrepreneurial boutique M&A advisory business operating in the mid-markets in the Technology sector.
Our client has an excellent reputation for their M&A experience and an ability to build a strong rapport with clients, and the successful candidate will work closely with a Partner and/or VP to support the successful delivery of sell side, buy side and fundraising transactions.
The role
Working autonomously, the successful candidate will support the successful delivery of sell side, buy side and fundraising transactions, and the preparation of key project deliverables. The provision of insightful, detailed, industry and company analysis, financial modelling, and transaction analysis across a broad range of clients and sectors is a requirement of the role, together with participation in client presentations and meetings.
The person
The successful Corporate Finance Associate must have experience in the M&A transaction environment, working on buy side, sell side and fundraising transactions, and be able to evidence your contribution to successful transactions. You should currently be a manager, senior manager, senior analyst, or associate at a corporate finance boutique or accountancy firm, or a corporate or at a private equity/VC house.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and commercial skills are required for this role, together with an ability to write insightful, meaningful, reports against tight deadlines.
