Our client, a leading Corporate Finance firm in London, is seeking an exceptional Corporate Finance Director to join their successful team. They operate a sensible hours culture, offer a substantial bonus, a distinct lack of office politics and a clear path to Partnership.
Working as part of an experienced team of M&A professionals, you will provide a range of corporate finance advisory services, including mid-market acquisition and disposal transactions, to private businesses of varying sizes within the mid markets space.
As well as advising clients, you will be a strong business developer and will utilise your extensive network of contacts to win new work and develop a strong pipeline of deals.
To be considered for the role, you will have:
ACA/ACCA Qualification (or equivalent) with significant experience of working within a corporate finance environment (Ideally 8 years +)
Ideally Big 4 experience, or Top 10 background with excellent deal origination and deal execution skills.
Well developed report writing skills and technical ability.
