INrecruitment are delighted to have been given the opportunity to recruit a seasoned Corporate Finance professional for our client, a highly successful advisory firm in the North of England.
You can either be a M&A Senior Manager or Associate Director looking for promotion to Director or a M&A Director looking for a lateral move to a role on an upward trajectory.
The Role
The successful M&A Director will be expected to build new networks, develop new client relationships, and undertake deal origination activities. You will also be expected to initiate and lead business development meetings with clients.
As a M&A Director you will also have responsibility for all activities of the M&A team, be an integral part of our clients’ leadership team, and instrumental in growing the firm.
The Person
In this M&A Director role, experience, the ability to network and originate deals, is more important than formal qualifications.
You should have at least 5 years’ experience operating in the mid-markets in the Corporate Finance arena.
You should be an experienced M&A professional, ideally with an accountancy practice or investment banking background, considerable experience in originating and executing deals, and experienced in conducting acquisitions and disposals across the mid-markets.
Our clients are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance professional with their own network, and an ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team.
