INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Director for our client, a successful business advisory firm and a Sunday Times 100 ‘Best Company to work for’ award-winner.
This role will be home-based with occasional travel to the office, or clients, when required.
The successful Corporate Finance Director, who will be on Partner track, will be an exceptional corporate finance professional, well networked in the Midlands, and with a strong background in business development.
The role
In this M&A Lead Advisory role, the successful Corporate Finance Director will be responsible for deal origination and advising OMBs and SMEs across all sectors in the £10m – £100m deal range. You will also be involved in Due Diligence, MBOs, Strategic Advisory projects, and the focus for all parties involved in transactions.
This is a role for an experienced corporate finance professional, as you will take responsibility for the full range of activities leading to successful transactions. As a senior team member you will also work closely with a Partner to support them in both lead generation and deal execution.
The person
A strategic thinker, and with an aptitude for business development, the successful candidate will also be well-networked across the Midlands. You will also need to have a positive work ethic, an appetite to learn and develop, and be comfortable working remotely.
As a Corporate Finance Director working as a senior member of the team, you must be ACA or ACCA (or equivalent) qualified. You must have significant experience of working within a corporate finance environment, in either a business advisory firm, a major accountancy practice, or a bank, and have a proven ability to generate deals from your own network.
