Our clients are a successful and progressive national business advisory firm, and INrecruitment are now recruiting a Corporate Finance Director to be a senior member of their expanding corporate finance team.
The role
This is a role for an experienced corporate finance professional, as you will take responsibility for the full range of activities leading to the successful completion of the transactions and contribute to the success of your team.
Focusing on lower to mid-market M&A transactions in the SME market, the Corporate Finance Director will be expected to develop new client relationships and build upon existing client relationships, participate in presentations to potential new clients, and identifying appropriate cross-selling opportunities for other service offerings of the firm.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Director role you will ideally be ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified and with significant experience of working within a corporate finance environment. You may come from a Big 4, corporate finance boutique, a Top 50 accountancy practice or Investment bank.
You will be experienced in leading Corporate Finance teams in M&A transactions in the SME market, have the ability to manage a range of time-critical projects, and a proven ability to generate your own deal flows.
You will also need to have a positive work ethic as well as the appetite to learn and develop.
