The role
Operating in the mid-markets and across a range of transaction, the successful Corporate Finance Executive will have the opportunity to gain significant transactional experience and rapid career progression within a highly successful team.
As well as the ability to be involved in the corporate finance transaction process, you must also have the motivation to develop your personal skillset to the highest level, the flexibility to work against constantly changing priorities and the drive and ambition to eventually manage corporate finance transactions.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Executive role you can be a newly-qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, or a chartered accountant with at least 12 – 24 months experience of transaction support or corporate finance.
You should be technically competent, with demonstrable IT skills, and be able to demonstrate a creative and flexible approach to assignments within a deadline-driven environment.
