Our client, a top-tier advisory firm, are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive. This role represents a rare opportunity for an Audit Senior to transition into Corporate Finance or a Corporate Finance Executive to work on more substantial deals within a larger firm.
The role
As a key member of the Corporate Finance team you will have full responsibility for the part you play in executing deals, as you will work on the full deal lifecycle, from pitch to completion.
This is a client-facing role and you will have exposure to a variety of clients across a range of sectors.
The person
The successful Corporate Finance Executive will need to be either ACA, or equivalent, ICAS, CA (or CIPFA) qualified, newly qualified, or with a number of years post-qualified experience gained within a professional services environment.
You should be dynamic, able to evidence experience of leading client engagements, an ability to influence and persuade a range of clients, and able to deliver results whilst focusing on quality and integrity.
