For this Corporate Finance Executive role some experience of Transaction Services or Corporate Finance is desirable, but not essential.
INrecruitment are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to become part of a leading Corporate Finance team at a leading advisory firm with offices across the UK.
The role
The successful Corporate Finance Executive will support senior colleagues in delivering Corporate Finance assignments to a broad portfolio of clients in the mid markets, across both Transaction Support and Financial Services.
On less complex assignments you will be the point of contact for the firms’ clients and provide support for the transaction process, including the preparation of FDD reports and the analysis of financial information on target businesses.
The person
The successful candidate must be ACCA, ACA, (or equivalent) qualified, talented, dynamic, and have strong analytical skills. An ability to analyse target businesses and communicate key issues, themes, and solutions to colleagues at all levels is also required.
In this client facing role you must be prepared to work flexibly, against tight deadlines, whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.
