The role
This is a mixed M&A and Transaction Services role, and the successful candidate will support Directors and senior colleagues on complex transactional assignments across a broad portfolio of clients and across the mid-markets.
On less complex assignments the successful candidate will be the point of contact for the firms clients and provide support for the transaction process, together with ensuring that all aspects of the deal process are being executed.
The person
The successful candidate must be ACCA or ACA (or equivalent) qualified, talented, dynamic, and have strong analytical skills. An ability to analyse target businesses and communicate key issues, themes, and solutions to colleagues at all levels is also required.
A candidate with 3+ years of auditing or accountancy experience is essential, and some M&A and Transaction Services experience would be desirable although not essential.
