INrecruitment are working with an accountancy firm to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive for their successful corporate finance team. As a result of a strong and consistent deal-flow, in all sectors and across the mid-markets, our clients are now seeking to expand their team with this key appointment.
The role
If you are looking to move from audit into a corporate finance in a role offering training, or working in corporate finance and seeking a role offering career progression, then this could be the role for you.
With direct exposure to the Corporate Finance Director, this predominantly lead advisory role also offers the opportunity to support the team by conducting due diligence assignments, writing reports, and conducting research for transactions.
You will also build relationships with SME and OMB clients through supporting them with their business acquisitions and disposals.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Executive role you could be Part Qualified or, ideally, be ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified. For part qualified candidates full study support will be provided.
You should have a practice or boutique background and have an understanding of the corporate finance arena.
An ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and information, able to proactively problem-solve, allied to strong report writing and communication skills, will make you a strong candidate for this role.
