Location: London – Up to £55,000 + bonus
Our client is a successful National business advisory firm who are experiencing a period of rapid growth, who are now recruiting a Corporate Finance Executive to be a key member of their extremely successful corporate finance team.
If you are currently working in Audit, or have transaction support or corporate finance experience and now aspire to be involved in a full lead advisory/M&A role, this role could support your transition into Corporate Finance.
The role
The successful Corporate Finance Executive will be involved in the execution of transactions across the mid-markets in the UK and Internationally, with a mix of buyside and sell-side deals, together with a number of accelerated deals.
As well as the ability to be involved in the corporate finance transaction process, you must also have the motivation to develop your personal skillset to the highest level, the flexibility to work against constantly changing priorities and the drive and ambition to eventually manage corporate finance transactions.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Executive role you can be a newly-qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, or a chartered accountant with at least 12 – 24 months experience of transaction support or corporate finance.
You should be technically competent, with good IT skills, and be able to demonstrate a creative and flexible approach to assignments within a deadline-driven environment.
