INrecruitment are seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join our clients extremely successful corporate finance team.
The role
The successful Corporate Finance Executive will provide support to Managers and Directors in the delivery of M&A transactions, and provide support on wider transactions services including disposals, acquisitions, fundraising, and valuations.
You must have well-developed communication skills to enable effective stakeholder engagement, the ability to create high quality written output and reports (including information memorandums, conducting research), and communicating key findings to clients.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Executive role you can be a newly-qualified ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, or a chartered accountant with experience of the full transaction process in a corporate finance environment, in either a national accountancy firm or a corporate finance boutique.
You will be an entrepreneurial thinker who is passionate about working with SME businesses across a range of sectors, and with a demonstrable proactive interest in Corporate Finance.
