INrecruitment are working with our Midlands-based client, a leading firm of independent accountants, to recruit a Corporate Finance Executive to join their corporate finance team.
This is an ideal role for someone with a desire to work in corporate finance, who has a practice background, and is looking to transition from audit into corporate finance.
For a person with one to two years post-qualification experience in a corporate finance role, our client would consider an entry-point at Assistant Manager level.
The role
In this lead advisory, sector-agnostic role, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain experience of handling a variety of transactions in the mid-markets.
On smaller transactions you will have exposure to managing and acting as deal leader, attending client meetings, and preparing key client deliverables.
The person
For this corporate finance executive role you should be ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, qualified, possess a commercial aptitude, able to manage your own workload effectively and have a desire to take on additional responsibility.
As well as the desire and ability to be involved in the corporate finance deal process, you must also have the motivation to develop your personal skillset to the highest level, the flexibility to work against constantly changing priorities and the drive and ambition to eventually manage corporate finance transactions.
