Our client, a successful London based Corporate Finance Boutique , are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager. Are you an experienced Corporate Finance Manager looking for fast track progression and a better work/life balance, or a Transaction Services Manager looking to gain experience within a M&A Lead Advisory role?
As a Corporate Finance Manager your main responsibilities will include M&A and financial due diligence, developing and managing a team and also involved in business development. You must be:
ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent
Able to produce high quality and well-structured written work
A highly numerate and analytical thinker
