Corporate Finance Manager – Financial Services – Ref. CFM 023A

Location: London. £65,000 – £70,000 + Generous bonus structure

Our client, a successful Global M&A Advisory Firm are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager. This is a great opportunity for a Transaction Services Manager, ideally with Financial Services experience, looking to move into a Corporate Finance Manager role.

The person
With 3- 5 years Financial Services and mid-markets deals experience, you must be ACA, ACCA (or equivalent), CFA or MBA qualified, ideally from a Big 4 or a mid-tier accountancy firm.

You will need to be dynamic, able to work autonomously, ambitious and driven, for whom transactions are everything.

The role
Whilst the office is based in London, the role will involve travel across Europe and the USA as part of a globally-dispersed team. Home-working will also be possible for the successful candidate, but you must be able to commute to the London office when required.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Financial modelling
• Preparing Information Memorandums
• Executing multiple mandates with minimal supervision
• Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, and preparing transaction documents involved in the M&A process
