Our client, a successful London based advisory firm, are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager. Are you a Corporate Finance Manager looking for fast track progression and a better work/life balance, or a Transaction Services Manager looking to gain experience within a M&A Lead Advisory role?
If you are, then the deals will be across mid-markets, a wide range of sectors, and will include acquisitions and disposals. Your main responsibilities will include M&A and financial due diligence. You will be developing and managing a team and also be involved in business development.
You will be:
ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
Able to produce high quality and well-structured written work.
A highly numerate and analytical thinker.
