Our client, one of the fastest growing independent advisory firms in the UK with further plans to expand, are seeking a Corporate Finance Manger to join their Central London office.
As a Corporate Finance Manager you will be joining a wide-ranging team of advisers, and work closely with other Team Managers, Heads of Function and the Management Board. Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, you will deliver outstanding business transactions, mitigate risks and manage operational and financial challenges.
You will ideally need to be either ACA, ACCA, CFA qualified with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant Corporate Finance experience post qualification, with a background, gained in either an accounting practice, corporate finance boutique or investment bank.
