The firm
INrecruitment are proud to be recruiting a mixed M&A/Transaction Services Corporate Finance Manager role for a leading advisory firm in the Thames Valley.
Working across the mid-markets, the successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced Corporate Finance team, who are drawn exclusively from the Big 4 and other notable advisory firms.

The role
This mixed M&A/Transaction Services role will require a flexible attitude and approach from the successful candidate. They will manage the transactional work across the Corporate Finance team, together with supporting senior team members on complex transactions and leading on less complex assignments.

The person
In this Corporate Finance Manager role you must be either ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualified. You will be commercially astute, and with a minimum 2 years’ post-qualified experience – with at least 18 months in Corporate Finance (TS or M&A).
Excellent stakeholder relations and communication skills will be required in this Corporate Finance Manager role, as the successful candidate will be expected to provide key inputs to the firms’ knowledge base and performance-improvement processes.
