The New Year has brought a new Corporate Finance opportunity for our client, a fast growing and award-winning firm based in the North of England.
Are you working in Practice but are looking to transition into a Lead Advisory role within Corporate Finance? Our client is now seeking to recruit a Corporate Finance Manager, as a consequence of continued increase in the volume and complexity of the transactions they advise on.
Our client adopts a collaborative approach to all aspects of the transactional advice they provide to clients, covering all stages of the business lifecycle, across the mid-markets in the North East and the UK.
The successful candidate must be a qualified accountant with practice experience, or a qualified accountant with practice experience who is currently working in industry. They will use their excellent communication and IT skills to lead on transactions and conduct end-to-end transactional advice to clients.
Whilst corporate finance experience would be desirable it is not essential, as our client prides themselves on the quality of its people, placing an emphasis on complimentary skill sets within the Corporate Finance team to maximise benefits to their clients.
