INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Manager role for an advisory firm in London.
Working across the mid-markets, the successful candidate will be joining a growing Corporate Finance team and contributing to growth through executing our clients’ pipeline of sell side mandates.

In this Corporate Finance Manager role you must be either ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified and able to evidence significant experience of transactional experience and deal execution.
You should have strong experience of advisory across the sell-side transaction process, leading client engagements and managing a team in an advisory firm, private equity team or a corporate finance boutique.
The successful Corporate Finance Manager will be commercially astute, with an understanding of Corporate Finance deal structures and completion mechanisms, together with an understanding of systems supporting the transaction process.
Excellent stakeholder relations and communication skills will be required in this Corporate Finance Manager role, as the successful candidate will be expected to provide key inputs to the firms knowledge base and performance-improvement process.
Role
In this Corporate Finance Manager role you will execute and lead domestic and cross-border sell side mandates and engagements across all phases of the transaction lifecycle.
You will manage the transactional work across the Corporate Finance function, grow and develop the team, and support senior team members on complex transactions in the mid-markets.
Leading client engagements and acting as the central point of contact for clients, the successful Corporate Finance Manager will contribute to building and maintaining client relationships and, using well-developed commercial acumen, identify business development opportunities
