INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Manager for a small and highly successful accounting firm, operating in the mid- markets and across all sectors. With average deal sizes of £1m to £20m and up to £50m, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and ambitious corporate finance team.
The role
In this lead advisory M&A role, reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, you will be responsible for managing a range of client engagements in a role which involves extensive client contact and liaising with third parties.
The successful candidate will effectively manage transactions, the delivery of disposals, acquisitions, and fundraisings. You will also deliver strategic and commercial advice on issues relevant to a client’s business or transactions.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Manager role you should be ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), or CFA qualified, with corporate finance experience with SMEs and OMBs.
You should be commercially astute and have the ability to develop a sustainable client network, able to recognise business development opportunities, and have strong report writing, presentation, and project management skills.
You must be driven to deliver excellent client service, have a positive team ethos, a track record of delivering to tight deadlines, and have excellent stakeholder communication skills.
