Location: London – Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + lucrative bonus
INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Manager, with transaction support or corporate finance experience, for a leading advisory firm in London.
The role
The successful Corporate Finance Manager will join a progressive corporate finance team with a strong deal flow advising small to mid-size businesses, conducting acquisitions and disposals across mid-markets predominantly across technology and construction sectors.
In this lead advisory role the successful Corporate Finance Manager will operate in the mid- markets deal size range, providing support to the transaction process as well as managing the corporate finance transactions.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Manager role you must be ACA or ACCA qualified, or equivalent, with at least 12 to 24 months transaction support or corporate finance experience.
You may come from either a boutique environment, Top 10, or Big 4 background, have a flexible approach, with a strong work ethic and extensive commercial awareness.
This role has been released as a result of the consistent deal flow the corporate finance team are experiencing.
