INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Manager for our client, a well-established top 40 accountancy firm with an outstanding UK and Global reputation and offices in London and the South East.
Our client has been involved in many notable deals in the mid-markets, delivering value for their clients across a broad portfolio of deals.
The role
The successful Corporate Finance Manager will join an expanding sector-agnostic team operating in the mid-markets.
You will take a leading role on transactions, using your well-developed communication skills to draft key transaction documents and communicate effectively with senior colleagues and a variety of external stakeholders.
There is also scope to become involved in marketing, business development, and deal origination.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Manager role you should be ACA,ACCA, or equivalent, qualified, with more than three years experience in a similar environment.
You may come from either a boutique, Practice, Top 10, or Big 4 background, have a flexible approach, together with a strong work ethic, extensive commercial awareness, and business development experience.
