Our client is a successful National business advisory firm who are experiencing a period of rapid growth, having completed 80 plus deals last year. INrecruitment are now recruiting an exceptional Corporate Finance Manager to be a key member of our clients extremely successful corporate finance team.
Working with a Partner, the Corporate Finance Manager will take the lead on the execution of transactions across the mid-markets in the UK and Internationally, with a mix of buyside and sell-side deals, together with a number of accelerated deals.
In this entrepreneurial role you will be expected to develop your own business network, with a view to increasing origination capabilities over the medium term, identify potential deal opportunities, and demonstrate confidence when dealing with clients. You must have sound commercial judgement and very strong inter-personal and project management skills.
The successful Corporate Finance Manager will provide further depth and capability to an already-successful team and should be educated to degree-level. You must have strong experience in a corporate finance environment, with at least three to five years’ experience of M&A, ideally from a Big 4 or Top 20 accountancy practice.
You must be able to:
- Identify targets and prospects for M&A activity
- Lead the development of pitch documents
- Take a leading role in client pitches
- Play a lead role in deal execution
- Conduct buyside, sell-side and MBO transactions, including private equity
This can be a fully remote role, the successful candidate being expected to engage with local market events and be an active part of the local team.
For a person with the right level of experience the role could be offered at Senior Manager or Associate Director level.
