INrecruitment are recruiting a mixed M&A/Transaction Services Corporate Finance Manager/Senior Manager role for a leading advisory firm in Berkshire.
Working across the mid-markets, the successful candidate will be joining a fast-paced Corporate Finance team, who are drawn exclusively from the Big 4 and other notable advisory firms.
The role
In this mixed M&A/Transaction Services role you will assist in the execution of Transaction Services and Lead Advisory engagements. You will manage the transactional work across the Corporate Finance team, together with supporting senior team members on complex transactions in the mid-markets and leading on less complex assignments.
M&A projects support businesses looking to buy or sell businesses, raise Equity and Debt or advising management teams on an MBO, and the Transaction Services assignments will see you dealing with Corporate and Private Equity clients on Financial Due Diligence assignments.
The person
In this Corporate Finance Manager role you must be either ACA, ACCA (or equivalent) qualified.
You will be commercially astute, with an understanding of CF deal structures and completion mechanisms, together with an understanding of CF research systems.
You should a minimum 2 years post-qualified experience – with at least 18 months in Corporate Finance (TS or M&A).
Excellent stakeholder relations and communication skills will be required in this Corporate Finance Manager role, as the successful candidate will be expected to provide key inputs to the firms knowledge base and performance-improvement processes.
