Our client, a highly successful advisory firm, will consider a lateral Partner move for the right person, so you could be a Partner who feels undervalued and constrained in your current firm, seeking recognition and rewards that your talent deserves.
Or you could be an experienced Corporate Finance M&A Director looking to move your career up to Partner level.
The person
You should be an M&A professional, ideally with an accountancy practice or investment banking background, with considerable experience in originating and executing deals, and conducting acquisitions and disposals across the mid-markets.
As an M&A Partner you must be a strategic thinker, great communicator, business developer and able to initiate and lead business development meetings with clients.
The role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for all activities of the M&A team, be an integral part of our clients’ leadership team, and be instrumental in growing the firm.
As well as developing your own network, there is an expectation that you will build new networks, develop new client relationships, and undertake deal origination activities.
If you enter at Partner Designate level, you should expect rapid promotion, as it is anticipated that the successful candidate will be promoted to Partner within 12 months after demonstrating your capability.
