Person
For this Corporate Finance Partner role you should have an accountancy practice or investment banking background, ideally be ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified, or be a seasoned Corporate Finance practitioner in the SME sector.
As a Corporate Finance Director or Partner you would ideally have an established network in the North of England, an ability to identify and develop new business, and lead business development meetings with clients.
Role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for all activities of the Corporate Finance team, be an integral part of our clients’ leadership team, and instrumental in developing and growing the firm.
As part of the Senior Management team, the successful Corporate Finance Partner will be a key member of the corporate finance team as they evaluate, structure, negotiate, and execute M&A deals in the SME sector.
You will also be expected to provide guidance and support to clients and junior team members alike.
