INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Partner for our client, a successful and progressive mid-tier firm of chartered accountants. With a national network of offices, they are now seeking a Corporate Finance Partner to join their Senior Management team.

The role
Our client is seeking a holistic approach to Corporate Finance across their UK-wide offices, and whilst the current CF function is London-centric, in this autonomous role the Corporate Finance Partner will be expected to develop the CF function in selected offices.
As part of the Senior Management team, the successful Corporate Finance Partner will be a key member of the corporate finance team as they evaluate, structure, negotiate, and execute M&A deals in the SME sector. You will also be expected to hold client-facing meetings and pursue business development opportunities, as well as provide guidance and support to clients and junior team members alike.
The person
The successful Corporate Finance Partner will ideally be ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified or have extensive experience in executing M&A deals across the SME sector.
You may come from a Top 6 firm, a mid-tier accountancy practice, an independent accountancy firm, or a regional accountancy practice.
Working under minimal supervision, you will be a confident team player, an effective communicator, and have the ability to deliver advisory services to clients, lead meetings, identify business development opportunities, and maintain sustainable relationships with clients.
