INrecruitment are recruiting a Senior Manager or Associate Director for our client, a successful and progressive mid-tier firm of chartered accountants. With a network of offices across the UK, they are now seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director to work within their growing Corporate Finance business.
The role
Reporting directly to the Partner, the successful Senior Manager or Associate Director will support the growing presence of their corporate finance business by leading, owning, and delivering transactions and developing deal initiation networks.
Focusing on lower to mid-market M&A transactions and MBO’s with enterprise values of up to £50million, the Senior Manager or Associate Director will be expected to develop new client relationships from contacts with existing clients or from business contacts, participate in presentations to potential new clients, and identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities for other service offerings of the firm.
The person
A Corporate Finance qualification is desirable but not essential, but you should be educated to degree level, or equivalent. The successful Senior Manager or Associate Director must have considerable experience of lead advisory services in an accounting firm or corporate finance boutique, as well as previous experience of private equity dealings and debt raising.
