Location: North East – Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + generous bonus + benefits

INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Senior Manager for our clients award-winning Corporate Finance team as a consequence of continued increase in the volume and complexity of the transactions they advise on.
Our client adopts a collaborative approach to all aspects of the transactional advice they provide to clients, covering all stages of the business lifecycle, across the mid-markets in the North East and the UK.
The role
Leading on transactions, the successful Corporate Finance Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing a range of client engagements, involving extensive client contact, as well as networking and identifying business-growth opportunities.
You will also conduct detailed research to identify both potential strategic buyers and acquisition targets, prepare detailed financial models and produce key documents and reports, such business plans, information memorandums and business valuations.
The person
The successful Corporate Finance Senior Manager must be ACA, ACCA qualified, or equivalent and can be working either in practice or industry, and should have a minimum of 4 years corporate finance experience.
You must be driven to deliver excellent client service, have a track record of delivering to tight deadlines, and have excellent stakeholder communication skills.
