INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Senior Manager for our clients award-winning Corporate Finance team as a consequence of continued increase in the volume of transactions they advise on.
Our client adopts a collaborative approach to all aspects of the transactional advice they provide through their network of offices in the UK.
The role
In this pure Lead Advisory role you will lead on transactions for SME clients in the mid-markets and across all sectors, and be responsible for managing a range of client engagements. You will have extensive client contact, by being the focus for all parties involved in the transaction, as well as networking and identifying business-growth opportunities.
Your extensive corporate finance experience will enable you to take ownership of transactions, including the drafting of information memoranda, project management/deal execution, as well as providing guidance and support to junior team members.
The person
For this Corporate Finance Senior Manager role you will at least four years corporate finance experience within a major accountancy practice, Big 4, Top 20 firm, or a corporate finance boutique.
You should be ACA, ACCA, (or equivalent), qualified, able to evidence strong stakeholder relationships.
You must be driven to deliver excellent client service, have a track record of delivering to tight deadlines, and have excellent stakeholder communication skills.
