INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Finance Senior Manager for our award-winning client in the North of England.
As a consequence of a continued increase in the volume and complexity of the transactions their Corporate Finance team advise on, they are now seeking to develop the capacity of their Corporate Finance offering.
Our client have a collaborative approach to the transactional advice they provide to clients in the mid markets, covering all stages of the business lifecycle, in the North of England and across the UK.
Person
Leading on transactions, the successful Corporate Finance Senior Manager will also be responsible for managing a range of client engagements, involving extensive client contact, as well as networking and identifying business-growth opportunities.
You will also conduct detailed research to identify potential strategic buyers and acquisition targets, produce key documents and reports such as business plans, information memorandums, and conduct business valuations.
Role
The successful Corporate Finance Senior Manager must be ACA, ACCA qualified, or equivalent, and working either in practice or industry. You should have a minimum of 4 years corporate finance experience and be able to evidence your experience with a strong Deal Sheet.
You must be driven to deliver excellent client service, have a track record of delivering to tight deadlines, and possess excellent stakeholder communication skills.
An established network and the ability to develop new business will make you a strong candidate for this role.
