Location: London – £85,000 – £90,000 + generous bonus + benefits

INrecruitment are working with a client, a highly successful advisory firm in London, who are seeking to appoint a new role to complement their expanding Corporate Finance team.

To support our client, INrecruitment are now recruiting an experienced Corporate Finance Manager looking for a Senior Manager role, or a Transaction Services Manager looking to gain experience within a M&A Lead Advisory role as a Manager.

The Role
In this pure M&A Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager role you will lead on transactions for SME clients in the mid-markets, across all sectors, and be responsible for managing a range of client engagements. The role will enable you to take ownership of transactions, including the drafting of information memoranda, project management and deal execution, as well as providing guidance and support to junior team members.

This M&A Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager role offers extensive client contact, as you will be the focus for all parties involved in the transaction, as well as networking and business-growth opportunities.

The Person
For this Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager role you should be an experienced Corporate Finance professional, with a successful track record within the M&A arena.
You should be either ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, qualified and have at least four year’s M&A experience in an accountancy practice, a Corporate Finance boutique, or Investment Banking.

You should be able to demonstrate your experience in conducting mid-market deals, across a wide range of sectors, including acquisitions and disposals, together with your ability to develop and manage a Corporate Finance team.

You should have excellent communication skills, as this Corporate Finance Manager or Senior Manager role will require engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, including identifying and executing business development opportunities.
