Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Tax Director to play a
key role in developing and supporting their corporate tax compliance service line, by
supporting the team and identifying opportunities to develop new business.
The Role
In this Corporate Tax Director role you will be a senior technical resource within the
corporate tax compliance team, as well as leading and managing a wide range of advisory
assignments and coordinating team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are
met.
You will also work closely with Partners and other service lines to deliver agreed solutions,
whilst understanding the economic and business factors affecting clients.
As the Corporate Tax Director you will also be expected to take part in marketing and
business-generation activities and to identify and convert fee-generating opportunities.
The Person
For this Corporate Tax Director you must be CTA qualified, with significant corporate tax
experience, and have a proven track record in both compliance and advisory work.
You should have the ability to produce high-level tailored corporate tax advice, together
with a commercial mindset.
You should also possess strong leadership and communication skills, evidenced by an ability
to engage with stakeholders at all levels – including the Senior Management Team, and a
collaborative approach to deliver assignments against agreed timescales.
