On behalf of our London-based client, an award-winning accountancy practice and business advisory firm, INrecruitment are recruiting a Corporate Tax Manager.
For the right calibre of candidate, our client would also consider recruiting the successful candidate into either a Senior Manager or Director position.
The role
Working as part of the Tax Consulting team the role will be split 75% Advisory/25% Compliance, the successful candidate managing the full spectrum of Corporate Tax-based projects.
Working autonomously, you will take full responsibility for client requirements, act as a specialist tax advisor to a dedicated portfolio of clients and produce written reports requiring final Partner review only.
High calibre and highly-driven candidates are required for this role, as you must be a commercially-minded individual and proactive in fee development, whilst accepting total responsibility for team workflow, and the mentoring and supporting of team members.
The person
Ideally CTA qualified, and exceptionally skilled in the Corporate Tax arena, the successful candidate must also exhibit great commercial awareness with the ability to both identify and capitalise on opportunities
Strong influencing and communication skills are required for this senior position, together with the responsibility to act as a main point of contact for client queries and requirements, with decision-making outcomes that require minimal partner involvement beyond final review.
