INrecruitment are recruiting a Financial Accounting Manager for our client, a successful National business advisory firm with a large network of offices across the UK.
With a unique opportunity to become involved in M&A support (due diligence, valuations, integration, etc.), the role will be based close to London, in our client’s office on the M25 corridor.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Financial Accounting Manager will have responsibility for the external reporting of AIM-listed companies, and plc’s against IFRS reporting standards.
You will also be responsible for the filing of Legal Entity statutory accounts, conducting controllership tasks, including balance sheet reconciliations, whilst also providing Tax and Partner support.
The person
For this Financial Accounting Manager you must be ACA qualified, have three to four years in audit whilst training, where you will have become conversant with Statutory accounts, and around two years post qualification experience (PQE) in industry.
This is very much a “hands on” role, and you should have excellent IT skills, particularly advanced Excel, strong IFRS technical knowledge and Listed plc reporting experience (i.e. share accounting, dividend flow, etc.).
