INrecruitment are seeking an Insolvency/Restructuring – Assistant Manager to join the Recovery team in the largest independent firm of accountants in Cambridge.

The role
Whilst being given the opportunity to autonomously decide working hours, tailored to client needs, the successful candidate will support clients across their own client portfolio across a range of professional services in the East of England.
Daily case management, ensuring statutory compliance, monitoring case progression, (through oversight and supervision of more junior team members) are all critical factors to success in this role.
The person
Ideally CPI/JIEB qualified, you will be either an Assistant Manager currently working within Insolvency, or an Insolvency Administrator with a willingness to progress your career to a higher level within Insolvency.
The successful candidate will need to evidence their experience in managing a diverse client portfolio and an ability to mentor and develop junior staff. Excellent communication skills and the ability to instil a real sense of trust and belonging across the team are also key requirements.
