INrecruitment are delighted to be partnering with a very successful business advisory firm in London to recruit an exceptional Corporate Finance professional, at Associate Director level, to be a senior member of our clients award-winning corporate finance team.
The Role
The successful M&A Associate Director will be responsible for advising SMEs on a range of transactions across the mid-markets, as well as being the focus for all parties involved in transactions.
This is a role for an experienced corporate finance professional, as you will take responsibility for the full range of activities leading to successful transaction completion.
As a senior team member you will also work closely with a Director and Partner to support them both in lead generation and deal execution.
The Person
For this M&A Associate Director role you will ideally be ACA, ACCA, or equivalent, qualified, and able to evidence successful deal execution and business development experience.
As a M&A Associate Director you will have a strong background in Corporate
Finance, able to lead and execute deals across the whole deal lifecycle, and considerable experience in M&A within a major accountancy practice, corporate finance boutique, or investment bank.
A strong work ethic and the appetite to learn and develop are strong personal requirements for this M&A Associate Director role, as it offers the opportunity for rapid progression.
