INrecruitment are seeking a dynamic Portfolio Manager for our client, a boutique funding provider specialising in capital raising, M&A, and securitisation activities in the UK, Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas.
This fast-growing company are now consolidating their presence in the UK with both clients and strategic partners and are now looking for an experienced Corporate Finance professional to join their growing team.
The role
The successful Portfolio Manager will join an experienced team of specialists concentrating on International deals and managing key client accounts across the UK.
This is a deal-making role, the majority of deals are predominately in China, and acquisition opportunities in Western Europe. You will work on a broad range of transactions, assisting firms with capital raising and M&A. Typically transactions are in the £50m to £250m range.
The person
The successful candidate will be an experienced Investment Banker and deal-maker, ideally ACSI qualified, (or equivalent), or holding a higher degree specialising in Management and Finance.
In-depth experience of the Corporate Finance sector would be advantageous, as would the ability to bring your existing relationships with Corporate partners and banks in the UK, EU, and the Far East.
