Our client is an award-winning business advisory firm whose Corporate Finance advisory team are experiencing a period of rapid growth. INrecruitment are now recruiting a Transaction Services Assistant Director to be a senior member of their extremely successful corporate finance team.
The role
Working directly with the Partners the successful Transaction Services Assistant Director will have responsibility for UK buy-side and international mergers and acquisitions across mid-market transactions.
The role offers high-level exposure to owner managed businesses, small to mid-market privately owned and listed companies, together with the ability to participate in business development and origination initiatives.
The person
An exceptional corporate finance professional, you will be ACCA, ACA, or equivalent, qualified, have at least 5 years experience within Transaction Services and able to evidence your experience and success through a strong deal sheet.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with evidenced experience of Business Development, team management, and document writing, will make you a strong candidate for this role.
